- For Credit Card Purchases over $2000.00 a Verified PayPal Account . If purchase total is lower then $2000.00 PayPal account is not needed.
- Complete and Accurate Billing and Shipping Address as well as any extra info for those locations such as... AM/PM Delivery only... or Buzzer Number for Delivery Person Access to location.
Here is a quick walk though using a PayPal payment as an example. Black Boxes have been used to replace User Info such as your Name, Location, IP Address and ISP. These blacked out areas would show info that pertains to your account when logged in. 1. Login to your account here at Catacan.com. You will know when you are logged in when you see your name filled in, as well as some extra fields related to you account near the top of the page.
2. Navigate through our site to find the products you are looking for. Once you have found a product you can click on the image to be brought into the product main page. (You could skip going into the product main page and just click on Buy Now to add it directly to your cart)
3. Review your selection and then scroll to the bottom of the products page in order to locate the Add To Cart button. Click Add To Cart. From here you can either browse some more and add more items to your cart or continue with the purchasing process for the one item.
4. You can now see the contents of your cart. Basically you can just confirm the contents and proceed to the next step. If for some reason you had made a mistake you can place a check mark in the Remove box for that item and then click Update. This would remove the item from your cart so it wouldn't get processed during checkout.
5. Based on your shopping carts current contents if you scroll down on this same page you can have a brief look at some of the shipping options and quotes. Please keep in mind when purchasing that all payments need to clear before items are released. It is from this clearing date that the shipping Estimated Date of Deliveries (EDD) and Quotes are generated from. As well keep in mind this area is just to view the shipping options available. You will be able to pick an option later on in the purchase process. Click the Checkout button to proceed.
6. On the Delivery Information page you can confirm and/or change your shipping address. This is where the contents of your purchase will be shipped to.
7. By scrolling down on the Delivery Information page (after confirming your shipping address) you now have the option to choose your method of delivery. Click in the radio button to the right of the option you would like to use. Quotes for shipping are based on your ZIP/Postal code and the combined weight of the contents in your shopping cart.
8. Just below the shipping method box you will see a place to add comments. Enter any special info you feel is needed in order to assist with a fast and easy delivery to your location. Some suggestions are... Is this an AM/PM only delivery? or Is there an Access Code or Buzzer Number the Delivery person will need to know? Take note of the status bar on the bottom of the page, this will help you to know your "where abouts" within the purchaing process. Click the Continue button when ready to proceed.
9. On the following page you will now be able to choose your payment method. We except credit card payments only though PayPal, and if your purchase total is above $2000.00 a "Verified" PayPal Account will be needed. Also here you can choose to change your billing address. Your billing address here on Catacan.com should be the same as the address that you have entered when setting up your PayPal Account (verified or not).

10. If you have a coupon code please palce it in the given field and click the Redeem button in order to adjust your pricing appropriately. When ready follow by clicking on the Continue button at the bottom of the page (not shown here).
11. Now time for one last confirmation of your order. It is important to give everything a once over to make sure that all entered information is exact.
12. If everything looks fine in your Order Confirmation contents and your agree to the Terms here at Catacan.com please place a check mark in the Agree box and the click the Confirm Order button. Note, at this point in the purchasing process your IP Address and ISP has been logged for security purposes only.
13. You will now briefly see our e-commerce engine page as it negotiates with the PayPal gateway in order to start the payment process. Depending on you connection speed this page can be as quick as a blink of the eye or can take a few second to finish processing. Like it says on the page... If this page appears for more then 5 seconds please click the - PayPal Click Here To Pay - button (Redish/Pink in colour)
14. You are now at the PayPal login page. At the top of the page you will see the payment details of your order generated by Catacan.com. Please login to PayPal in order to complete your order.
